Memoir Poem! 

My first day of school 

My first day of school what adventures will

I witness today?

different than any other day

It's the day that you see your teachers, see you friends you haven't  

seen over the summer!

Taking my first step into the school yard,both 

nervous and excited " Hi, my best friend said,

"How was your summer?, I missed you!' So glad I 

have someone to talk too! 

The bubbling nerves have settled inside me 

The teacher called us inside,

Here I go, starting a new school year, a new chapter in the year! 

I wonder what will happen,

Guess I just have to wait and see
